Important News
Since 1997, members of the CMTS and IncluTravel advisor team have been facilitating worldwide accessible and inclusive travel, whatever a clients physical, sensory or cognitive requirement. Now, after a number of extremely challenging years and with COVID being ‘managed’ in many parts of the world, the opportunity to explore and realise oft- abandoned travel dreams is beginning, at long last and with appropriate planning and preparation, to become a genuine reality again. To everyone.
So, happily and with care, we are inviting case managers and their clients to once again contact us with holiday and travel requests, whatever their requirements might be and wherever in the world they would wish to travel. You can then be assured of the unique services and support of Case Manager Travel Services and be assured that:
- Our service will be personal to you and your clients. You will ‘meet’ your CMTS Concierge travel advisor and they will be your primary point of contact for the entire journey – through planning and preparing for your clients trip and of course whilst they are away and enjoying precious time and experience, post-injury, with those most special to them. You and your clients will only ever be one call away from support, if you need it, wherever you are in the world.
- We will always provide the crucially important detail about a trip that we know is so important to our clients. This will relate to all aspects of a journey and stay including accessibility and inclusivity of accommodations, transport, activities and excursions, and availability of ancillary services such as mobility equipment rentals. This will allow you to decide for yourselves, with informed confidence. whether any itinerary will meet your personal requirements. We will also put in place all necessary assistance at air and cruise ports and train stations. And expect a private meet & greet at the majority of destinations we serve around the world. Someone to say ‘hello and welcome’, guide you to your waiting transport and ensure you are soon on your way to the holiday or trip away you deserve.
- All arrangements, including accessible transport and rooms will be confirmed and never ‘on request’. So you can leave home confident that what you have booked will be in place at your destination. And if, due to unforeseen circumstances, there are glitches (and as we see in the news, travel can throw these up now and again), you can be assured that our support team will take care of everything and soon have you back on track. That’s the CMTS peace of mind.
Our approach
Even before the pandemic, planning and arranging authentically accessible and inclusive travel was a challenge – a special craft in itself. Now it’s an art. So using our decades of experience in this arena, we will be working with our case managers and their clients to create a bespoke canvas of destination and holiday options to best meet their ambitions and dreams. This means that by embracing our unique understanding and knowledge, the original thoughts and ideas a client may have can often by directed towards experiences and destinations with provision more suited to a their requirements and transcend what they might currently believe is possible. That’s always an exciting journey for us all!
